Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in S.T. No. 212 of 2024, Case Crime No. 254 of 2024, U/S 70(1), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Kuthaund, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Shani Yagyik @ Kuwarlal, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 16.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12369 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 7.11.2024, having no criminal history. 5.
