Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been given by the accused applicant Rahul Singh in Case Crime No. 167 of 2021, under Section 2/3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Meja, District Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in gang chart, two cases are shown against the applicant in which he has been released on bail; a copy of bail orders has been filed as annexure-2 to the affidavit. He next submitted that apart from two cases shown in the gang chart, the applicant has been assigned criminal history of four cases, out of which, he has been granted bail in three cases, copy of bail orders are filed.
