As informed by learned State Law Officer, notice to the informant has been served on 27.02.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 2. Rejoinder affidavit filed today by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri K.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS and Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Pashchism Shareera, District - Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have called the victim on the false promise of providing her a job and had committed gang rape with her along with one another person on 15.11.2024 at about 02:00 PM. 6.
