This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Pintu Yadav Alias Pinku Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 281 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A /8 of the U.P.
