The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 449 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 125, 109(1) and 103(2) BNS, Police Station Dibai, District Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3.
