Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sunil Kumar Srivastava with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 620 of 2024, under Sections 74, 115(2), 65(2) B.N.S. & Section 5MN/6 Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, Police Station Kotwali Orai, District- Jalaun, during pendency of trial. The allegation against the applicant of abduction and commission of offence of rape against the minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the informant and the victim both have been examined before the trial court. They have not supported the prosecution case.
