This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Gayyur, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2024, under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station-Sarsawa, District- Saharanpur.
