Counsel for Applicant :- Akhilesh Kumar Dwivedi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant that applicant befriended the victim who is widow and on false promise of marriage he committed of offence of rape against her. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and only to compel the applicant to marry victim has lodged the First Information Report.The applicant is in jail since 11.9.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
