The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ravindra, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 143 of 2024, under Sections 376(3), 506 IPC and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Syana, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial.
