Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mohit, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 24/2024, under Sections- 302. 307, 504, 120-(B) and 34 of IPC and section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station , Mundali, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. 3. In this case G.D. entry dated 07.02.2024 was recorded as 08:20 p.m., by the police station- Medical, District- Meerut, on the information given by one, Dinesh Kumar, an employee of Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel Hospital, informing that dead body of Vijay Rawat, was brought to the hospital with gun shot injury on the head.
