Heard Sri Mani Shanker Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ramanand Shukla, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Daya Shanker, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against minor girl.
