The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vivekanand Dubey, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.321 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 368, 386, 506 I.P.C and under Section 5/6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Gorakhpur. There is allegation against the applicant of abduction of minor girl, commission offence of rape and offence under Section 5/6 of POCSO Act.
