And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Bal Mukund Singh,Shri Prakash Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against the applicant that he has made attempt of committing offence of rape against his own daughter. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that whole allegation is false and frivolous. Applicant was residing in Delhi since last 15 years to earn his livelihood by doing private job. His health was not in good to perform tedious work, so due to ill health, he permanently came back to his village. Applicant's family is having inimical relationship with their neighbour, Ram Avtar Singh. First informant was continuously talking to son of nanad of Mithila Singh, who is the daughter of Ram Avtar Singh.
