And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Parvez Alam,Raj Narayan Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant and co-accused, Abhishek that they abducted the victim in the van, thereafter committed rape against her. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim has although made allegation of rape against the applicant but after the incident it was co-accused, Abhishek and his family members who caused injuries to the uncle of the victim when they went to his house to make complaint against the co-accused, Abhishek. Victim had consenting relation with co-accused, Abhishek. Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case because he is friend of co-accused, Abhishek.The applicant is in jail since 21.7.2023 and has criminal history of three cases to his credit, which has been explained in
