Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Shri Abhay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Lalit Saxena, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 387 of 2024, under Sections 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Izzatnagar, District Bareilly. 4.
