Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice has been served on the informant but no one has turned up to opposed this bail application. 2. Counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. is taken on record. 3. Heard counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. 4. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anmol Verma with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.455 of 2024, under Sections 363, 354A, 354D, 376(2)(n), 376(A)(B) of IPC, and section 5(L)/6, 5(M)/6, 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Baradari, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial. 5. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of abduction of minor girl, outraging the modesty and commission of offence of rape besides the offences under POCSO Act. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that from the statement of the victim, it is clear that she entered into
