Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Lakhan Singh Diwakar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 519 of 2021, under Sections 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Mangalpur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial.
