And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Lalji Yadav,Yashpal Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ram Dheen, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 191/2019, under Sections 354-A, 376 of IPC, and section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Gola, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by coordinate Bench of this Court on 08.09.2020. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of outraging the modesty of the child victim and committing the offence of rape. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court not a single witness has been examined as yet. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit
