And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Om Narayan Dwivedi,Sukrampal,Tryambak Nath Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Shravana Kumar Yadav Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; Shri Shravana Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A for the State. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape of his student in school. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that none of teachers have supported the allegation made by the victim.Medical report of the victim does not supports the allegation against the applicant. He is in jail since 25.5.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that two prosecution witnesses out of twenty have been examined , who have supported the prosecution case.
