Heard Sri Kumar Ankit Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned AGA-I for the State- respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 187 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 I.P.C. and Section 3/25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station- Khekara, District- Baghpat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 25.06.2024 at 21:43 hours under Section 307 IPC against the applicant and three others and as per the FIR, on 25.06.2024, at about 17:40 hours, applicant and others opened fire upon the brother of the informant and in the alleged firing, one Sushil also sustained injuries. 4. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that initially FIR of the present case was lodged under Section 307 IPC but after the death of injured Sushil,
