And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Anand Kumar Gupta,Kaveri Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offences of rape and penetrative sexual assault against the victim after her abduction. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim had consenting relationship with co-accused, Brijesh, and she went to meet him as admitted before the doctor. She has not made any reference to the name of applicant in her statement before the doctor. Only to save co-accused, Brijesh, she has falsely implicated the applicant in this case. It is a case of false implication of applicant. He is in jail since 13.06.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. Trial has begun.
