Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Saurabh Kumar, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Hemant Sharma, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape, criminal intimidation and offence under IT Act. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim is major. She had consenting relation-ship with the applicant but she has later falsely implicated him. There is no evidence of applicant making any photographs/video of victim viral. Applicant is in jail since 18.03.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
