Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gaurav Solanki, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 710 of 2023, under Sections 376(2)N, 328, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Bahedi, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial.
