Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rohit Saroj, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2024, under Sections 376, 354(Gha), 504, 506, 384 IPC and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Gyanpur, District- Bhadohi, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape and exhortation against a girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that initially applicant had friendship with the victim, but later she got married to another boy. She still wants to marry the applicant and has falsely implicated him in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 14.5.2024. In case, the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the
