Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Misra, Advocate, holding brief of Sri K.P. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Abhishek, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 23 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 5(L)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Babugarh, District- Hapur, during pendency of trial. 3. The allegations against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl, commission of an offence under Section 5(L)/6 POCSO Act. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim is although a minor but it appears that she eloped with the applicant and traveled by public transport and went to Bhagalpur. Initially the applicant abducted her and took her to his house where her sister and family were present. She
