Heard Sri Amar Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ashutosh Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.800 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 103(1), 49, 54, 352, 351(3) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith several others but even as per prosecution, co- accused Arvind Verma was the principal accused, who caused firearm injury to the deceased. 4.
