Heard Ms. Shambhawi Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 314 of 2024, U/S 127(2), 115(2), 351(2), 74, 75, 78(2), 333, 64(1), 351(3), 352 B.N.S.S., 2023 and 66(b), 67 Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station Bhamora, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim and subjected her to sexual harassment on 15.8.2024. 5.
