Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 46 of 2025, under Sections 61(2)A, 109(1), 308(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Akarabad, District Aliagarh.
