Heard Sri Anil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 09.05.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.84 of 2025, under Sections 123, 137(2), 64(1), 82(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Roza, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant in the night of 04.02.2025. The victim is stated to have taken away Rs.1,67,000/- and several ornaments alongwith her. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as
