Heard Sri Mohammad Haadi Zaidi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA, for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in S.T.No.471 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No.09 of 2021, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station T.P.Nagar, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant was the husband of the deceased and as per allegation he committed her murder but entire allegation levelled against the applicant is totally false. 4. He further submits that even from the record it reflects that nobody could see the real incident and only on the basis of suspicion his step daughter lodged FIR of the present case. 5. He further submits that even informant of the case, i.e., step daughter of the applicant has been declared hostile during
