None appeared on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 2. Heard Sri Janardan Prasad Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shatrughan Yadav, learned AGA, for the State. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 273 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 191(2) and 190 BNS, Police Station- Hathas Junction, District- Hathras, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Totalram, Sanjay and Aakash and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, all the above co- accused persons have been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 19.03.2025 and 07.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 41631 of 2024,
