Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Brajesh Kumar Solanki, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.68 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3/25(1-B)A Arms Act, Police Station Bilsi, District Budaun, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that nobody was named in the FIR but during investigation through the statement of the co-accused, applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith co-accused Ram Kishor and co- accused Ram Kishor has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.16851 of 2025 and on facts case of applicant is at par with him.
