Heard Sri Anil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shatrughan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 800 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 103(1), 49, 54, 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR alongwith others but from the record it reflects co-accused Arvind Verma was the principal accused who by causing firearm injury committed murder of the deceased. 4. He further submitted that alongwith applicant, co-accused Kamal Kashyap was also made accused and after considering entire facts of the case, co-accused Kamal Kashyap has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 19
