Heard Sri Mahavir Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ram Awtar, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S. B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 584 of 2022, under Sections 302 IPC, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR and as per allegation by causing brick injury to the deceased, he committed his murder but admittedly informant was not the eye witness. 4. He further submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and there is no eye witness account and except confessional statement of the applicant before police and suspicion, there is no cogent and admissible evidence against the applicant on record. 5.
