Heard Ms. Swati Agrawal Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned AGA for the State- respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 380 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 123, 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Khutahan, District- Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR along with five others and as per allegation, due to property dispute on 23.12.2024, he along with others made assault upon the deceased and thereafter administered some poisonous substance to him, due to which, he died but entire allegation levelled against the applicant is totally false. 5.
