Heard Sri Ramesh Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Kumar, learned AGA-I, for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.532 of 2024, under Sections 3(5), 103(1) and 61(2) BNS, Police Station Bhelupur, District Varanasi during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with several others including co-accused Vicky Jaiswal and Satish Sonkar and both the above co-accused persons have have already been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 19.5.2025 and 17.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
