Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Brijesh Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.306 of 2024, under Sections 302, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR of the present case was lodged by the bhabhi of the applicant with the allegation that he committed the murder of his brother but entire allegation levelled against him is totally false. 5. He further submits that however, from the FIR, it reflects, as per allegation, at the time of incident, applicant used wooden stick and some pointed weapon but post-mortem report suggests that deceased did not sustain any injury, which can
