And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Anurag Upadhyaya Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Amit @ Papdi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0679 of 2023, under Sections 363, 376-AB IPC and 5L&6 POCSO Act, Police Station Sihanigate, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. Learned AGA has informed that notice on opposite party no.2 has been served, but no one has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2 to oppose this bail application. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry and commission of offences of rape. Implication under Section 5L/6 POCSO has also been made.
