Heard Sri Vishnu Shankar Choubey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Praveen Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.068 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 351(3), 352, 333, 75, 65 B.N.S. and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Cantt, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant on 17.01.2025 at about 9:00 a.m. and had committed rape with her minor daughter aged about 13 years after subjecting her to sexual harassment.
