Heard Sri Satish Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 75 of 2023, under Sections 302 IPC, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, nobody was named in the FIR but after one and half years applicant has been made accused in the present matter on the basis of information given by police informer along with one another accused. 4. He further submits, except the confessional statement of the applicant and statement of co-accused and the fact that on the pointing out of applicant and co-accused, mobile phone of the deceased was recovered from the house of another accused, there is no other evidence against the applicant on record. 5.
