Heard Sri Shitlesh Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.23 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(ड), 137(2), 87 B.N.S., 2023 and 5-J(ii) POCSO Act, Police Station Bansdeeh Road, District Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. She by her looks seems to be major, although as per high-school certificate, she is 17 years old. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that there is no medical corroboration of the incident. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The
