Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rohit with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.71 of 2025, under Sections- 3, 5, 25, 26(2), 29, 35 of Arms Act, Police Station- Khalapar, District- Muzaffarnagar, pendency of trial. There is allegation of carrying of illegal arms by the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant and there is no public or independent witness of the alleged incident.
