The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.800 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 103(1) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3.
