As informed by learned AGA, notice to the informant has been served on 02.05.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 2. Heard Sri Devesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0190 of 2024, under Sections 376, 384, 506 and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act and Section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station Khair, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4.
