A.S.A.Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Purshottam Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Gulbahar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 88 of 2025, under Sections-109 (1) B.N.S., 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act @ 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Shahpur, District-Muzaffarnagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 31.03.2025. First Information Report has been lodged on 21.08.2024 with the allegation that on the information of informer with regard to slaughtering the police party has tried to arrest the accused persons, all of them opened fire on the police party
