This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Jayveer, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 526 of 2024, under Sections 109 (1), 309 (4), 317 (2) of B.N.S. and 25 (3) (1)(A)(B)/27/7 of Arms Act, Police Station-Shamli, District-Shamli.
