Heard Sri Manish Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Praveen Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 409 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) BNS and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Gauri Bazar, District Deoria, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR but it is a case of circumstantial evidence and there is no eye witness account and it reflects merely on the basis of suspicion, applicant has been roped in the present matter by the informant i.e. mother of the deceased. 4.
