None present on behalf of the informant. 2. Heard Sri Krishna Mani, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Santosh Nigam, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 180 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115, 352, 103(1), 351(2) BNS, Police Station- Kaundhiyara District- Prayagraj during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false, general and omnibus allegations, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with as many as eleven persons including co-accused Vansh Sahu and after considering the entire facts of the case, co-accused Vansh Sahu has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.
