This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Dharamraj Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B /8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station-Syedraja, District-Chandauli.
