Heard Sri Rajjan Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagvalkyia Pandey, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2024, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34, 120B, 201 of I.P.C., Sections 3/9, 4, 10 of the U.P. Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1998 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.04.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Abhishek Shukla, Ayush Pandey
